At what point is his twitter being taken away from him?
I saw Gab Sutton reached out to the young Bristol Rovers player who claims to have been bullied by Barton. Barton gets aggressive and nasty about it, eventually starts making fun of Gab’s appearance/size to all his almost 3 million followers…kind of like what a bully would do.
As Gab says, it’s lucky that he can take this, as the pile ons and embarrassment that could come from Barton abusing random people online is a bit dark. I assume Barton knows his career is over and this now pays his bills

I would look on with jealousy over the past 15 or so years as teams would win game after game, march confidently towards promotion, overcome difficult opponents even in games they were poor, score 95th min winners, adopt a 'we won't lose' mentality...
Thank God for GameChanger, Ashton, O'Leary, McKenna, his staff and this squad for giving us these memories and experiences when it looked like it would never be us  [Post edited 1 Apr 21:00]

Our resident Mark Ashton obsessive. He was here in the pre season talking about how much we’d really struggle this season as Leif Davis just wouldn’t get assists, time and space in a league as quality as the Championship
Well he tore your boys apart to get his 14(?) assist of the season
I’m guessing the internet has been down in Bristol since August

In the past decade or so it's been pretty common for clubs to go through 2 managers a season. Now we seem to be at a stage where 3 is now the average in a season...
Charlton
Millwall
Sunderland
Forest Green
Colchester
Birmingham
Just off the top of my head, are clubs with 3 managers in a season. How are clubs paying for compensation for all these? I believe we're still paying Lambert, for example. Surely this is unsustainable?? |

Lots of criticism/abuse for him on their main forum and twitter. Ironic cheers when he was subbed yesterday after 67 mins and calls for him to not even make the bench on Tuesday.
No goals in 5 for a struggling side doesn't seem that bad, but I dunno how he's been playing. I thought he would push on and try and earn a perm contract with them, but like the majority of who we have sent to Charlton in recent years, it seems they want him returned asap |

Reading the Sunderland forum re Moore, who was one of their main targets, they have a common belief on there that we are stockpiling strikers and are buying them all.
I’m not sure how they are all coming to that conclusion unless websites list players such as Chaplin, Aluko, Broadhead etc as strikers… |

Can't say I've followed their (mis)fortunes or know why they hate their owner, but they're bottom of League 1 and 10 points from safety with a worse g/d.
I guess that vigorous ownership test for clubs is working well still.
