One thing I would definitely do right now is to get Jason Schechterle back over.
He seems to have a huge effect on the players, and could be that 1% extra that pushes us over the line I'm not sure the four who came in during January will have met him. |

We look absolutely knackered.
Get through Boro on Saturday, hopefully resting players tonight pays off, and then they have two weeks recovery time that other teams aren't getting.
And hopefully that will see Hirst and Burns playing a part before the end of the season to get us over the line. |
