Boss Joe Royle was happy with his side's performance despite their defeat at Wolves but slammed the immigration department for the work permit problems which prevented Ricardo Fuller from making his debut. The Town manager had no complaints with the penalty decision.

Jay McEveley will be back at Portman Road on Monday as he continues his recovery from the medial ligament injury he sustained at Cardiff in November. The Blackburn defender's return comes as a surprise as it had been understood his loan had been ended after his injury and subsequent operation.

Town will not be able to play loan striker Ricardo Fuller at Wolves on Saturday after it emerged that the 26-year-old's work permit specifically allows him to play for Southampton and no other club. The Blues will have to apply to Work Permits UK for permission to play the Jamaican striker.
