1 George Burley has revealed that he has made a substantial bid for a Swedish international defender. No name given as yet.

2 We play Giffarna Sundsvall tonight.

3 28 year old Swedish striker Jonas Axeldahl plays his second game on trial with Town against Giffarna. He seems keen to join us.

Not quite so Swedish is the news that Jermaine Wright has trained for the first time with his new comrades and makes his first appearance tonight.
