Judge Wins Cap in Irish Victory
Tuesday, 10th Sep 2019 22:39

Blues midfielder Alan Judge won his eighth full cap as the Republic of Ireland beat Bulgaria 3-1 in a friendly in Dublin.

The 30-year-old started before being replaced in the 59th minute with former Town man Conor Hourihane also in ex-Blues boss Mick McCarthy’s side.

Goals from Alan Browne, Kevin Long and debutant James Collins won the game for Ireland.

Elsewhere, Town keeper Adam Przybek was an unused sub as the Wales U21s were beaten 5-1 by Germany in a European Championships qualifier at Wrexham's Racecourse Ground.

England might be able to do with Mick's services looking at their defence last night! And apparently Mick said to Alan after the game last night "If you can guess how many doughnuts are in my bag, you can have them both."

Mick knew how many doughnuts where In the bag.that's a lot more than he knew about football.

On the training pitch he’s known as the Dino.
A flashback to 1987.
He thinks a ball playing goalkeeper is a “rush” keeper.
What a Numbskull....
