League One Travel Guide
Wednesday, 26th Jun 2019 17:01

Town’s supporter liaison officer, Liz Edwards, has compiled a comprehensive guide to following the Blues away from home during the 2019/20 League One campaign.

The Blues will be visiting some unfamiliar towns and grounds covering 8,200 miles during their first season in the third tier for 62 years.

The guide can be found in PDF format here.

Peterborough will happily give us a much larger allocation if required, the whole end if we want it and they'll relocate season ticket holders.

Really good guide - thanks!

We're going to sell out our allocation to all the smaller clubs, including Southend, aren't we?

What's the best chance of getting away tickets, without signing up for an away match passport, which I can't do?

Great work, but is this an official ITFC document?

Because if it is, it looks like crap

This is brilliant info, well organised and laid out! I don't care about the "design", its the clear and well organised info I'm after, and I'm a graphic designer by trade.
Liz, if you're reading this, we love ya! Great work! Thanks for this.

It looks great and a good read but technology has made these sort of guides redundant nowadays.

Re getting tickets for low capacity / high demand games. If you're a season ticket holder, get a gold card membership. If you are not a season ticket holder, get a silver membership. If you don't live in Ipswich, you have a good chance of being able to buy in the home end at some, but not all, grounds. If desperate or flush, early booking of hospitality or matchday sponsorship works - and it should be cheaper in League One than in the Championship.
