TWTD Prediction League Winner
Thursday, 16th May 2019 13:42

The TWTD Prediction League was as keenly contested as ever this season but eventually Thorpedo emerged as the winner by just one point.

Congrats to the victor, who takes away a £150 in Amazon vouchers having amassed 115 points, one more than acloke in second, who will receive a £100 voucher, with ParisBlue third, again a further point behind and earning a £50 voucher.

The Prediction League, which is essentially the same competition we’ve been running since August 2000, will start again ahead of the 2020/21 campaign.

Congratulations to Town's three most pessimistic fans of all time!

I had quite a strong spell under McCarthy by predicting 1-1 every week. Next year will hopefully be a bit harder to get right.

Well done to the top three. My aim was to finish in the top twenty, I finished 9th, so quite pleased with that. Onwards and upwards next season

well done , its a bit of fun even if you have to be a pessimist at times to get anywhere.

when 2 or more punters are even on points, why isnt the punter who has played less games put in a higher position ?
i have played 7-8 games less than the person above me , we are on the same points but they are rated higher !
they are no doubt punters below me with the same problem, it doesnt seem fair or balanced as the person who has played less games is clearly deserved of a higher position than someone who has played more with the same points ...
