East Anglian Derby All-Ticket
Tuesday, 10th Oct 2017 17:43

Town have issued a reminder to fans that the East Anglian derby at home to Norwich City on Sunday 22nd October is all-ticket (KO midday).

Tickets will remain on sale at Planet Blue until 10.30am on the day of the match and on ITFC Direct until kick-off.

Only fans with a previous purchase history at Town will be entitled to buy seats in home areas with the Canaries having sold out their allocation.

"The match, which is certain to have Portman Road’s biggest attendance of the season so far, is live on Sky Sports."

If you claim to be a Town fan, and aren't at this game, you aren't a fan (obvious exceptions apply)

I hope every fan that claims to love the Club makes the effort to go. Kick-off time doesn't help but Naaarwich have sold their allocation. It will be embarrassing if we do not also sell out, but I fear that for the third time running, it won't be.

I reckon this is our best chance for many years to stick one on Narwich so it would be good to fill the ground. Sadly I doubt this will happen for all sorts of reasons not least because many still find McCarthy an odious, arrogant, individual and until he disappears they will not return.
I happen to agree with those opinions but I still go and support the team if not the clown who coaches it.

Carsey I feel you're right. We've clear as day for various reasons got many stay away fans from home games now.

Crowds would certainly if in the championship unless we're having a 14/15 season go up immediately a good amount upon Mick's dept.

However, if results aren't good then I'd imagine we'd be back to square one with gates.

Good on you trncbluearmy.
Round trip of 2000 miles for my son and me. All who consider themselves to be Town fans, and can make it, should put any grumbles about past and present management issues behind them. Get behind the team from start to finish of match and, who knows, we might get that elusive victory - and we will be able to say " we were there".
