Connolly in Irish U21 Squad

Winger Dylan Connolly has been named in the Republic of Ireland U21 squad for two games next month.

The Irish youngsters face Lithuania in a Euro 2017 qualifier in Vilnius on Friday 13th November and then Norway in a friendly at the RSC, Waterford on the following Tuesday.

The Irish are joint top of their European Championship qualifying group with nine points along with Italy, Serbia and Slovenia.

Connolly, who joined Town from Shelbourne in January, has previously won eight U21 caps.
