Listen Now: Alan Mahon and Football, Take Me Home on Life's a Pitch

Former Blues loanee and ex-Burnley midfielder Alan Mahon is this week’s star guest on BBC Radio Suffolk’s Life’s a Pitch, which is live over Saturday lunchtime (midday to 2pm). Mark Murphy is joined by the show’s other regulars, legend-in-residence Kevin Beattie, football’s youngest pundit Tractorboy and TWTD’s Phil Ham.

In addition to Mahon, the regulars will be joined by the makers of documentary film Football, Take Me Home, who will be filming in the studio and at the game with Town set to be presented with a shirt from Japanese club Vegalta Sendai. To read why, click here.

Gina Long, the founder of the Sir Bobby's Breakthrough Online Auction, which is currently ongoing, will give an update on progress so far.

Can Town beat league leaders Burnley? Will Mick McCarthy leave Ipswich to return to Ireland?

Add your thoughts on those questions or anything else via email, the programme’s Facebook page, Mark’s Twitter or during the show by phone on 01473 212121 or text to 81333 starting your message with SFK.

The show can be heard on 95.5FM, 95.9FM, 103.9FM and 104.6FM or online via a widget on this page.
