Ask them what their plans are to increase attendances, given that our league gate has fallen below half of the stadium capacity for the first time. Under McCarthy the home results have been good, yet attendances are lower than ever. It it really a good idea to refuse telephone ticket sales and not to accept credit/debit cards at the ground? Aren't the high match ticket prices putting off people who could become future season ticket holders? What initiatives does the club have to bring people back?

I tried phoning the ticket office recently about upgrading a ticket. The 0844 number was blocked from the phone I used, so I tried calling the switchboard. They refused to put me through and said I must phone the 0844 number, even though I explained I could not. It's that sort of poor customer care that worries me.

What no players!

Just 1 MD would be sufficient, we don't need the answers in stereo.

Without a player it might be a tad dry. They often give small insights which amuse and interest.

Let's see what goodies Simon Milton brings for the raffle. Last year I left with Murph's boots! An expensive night.

I'm told there the usual London AGM will be at the end of October with players.

Please ask Ian Milne why he does reply to supporters e-mails. I asked what the club were going to do to entice fans to Portman Road rather than frighten fans away with all the new systems they have bought in.

Has also ignored pleas from the Supporters Forum to look at match pricing and grading of games, along with a £2.50 surcharge if tickets are purchased on the day.

Make sure they get badgered about the poor ticket prices and customer care for the whole night.
We have to get the message across.
I get the feeling that even if we spend most of the season in the top 6 attendances will still be poor due to the rip off prices and the ability to attain tickets.
