The Naked Football Show Returns

The Naked Football Show (ICR FM 6pm) returns tonight for its first outing of the season, looking at all the Town issues of the moment with new regular host Jeremy Leeburn joined in the studio by Ray Slegg, Tom Taylor and David James.

Graham Blackburn is currently away on his holidays but will be back next week, while Phil Ham has left the show after four years.

Listeners are more than welcome to add their comments and suggest topics by emailing nakedfooty@yahoo.co.uk before the show or studio@icrfm.co.uk during it. If anyone wants to appear as a guest on a future show, send an email.

ICR can be heard in the immediate Ipswich area on 105.7FM and has an eclectic array of programmes, which include almost any style of music you can think of promoting local bands and musicians, as well as morning and magazine shows, in addition to foreign language programmes in Polish, Portuguese, Cantonese, Farsi and Hindi.

I'm kind of concerned about Phil referring to himself in the third person.

Assuming of course that it is Phil who wrote this article. In the old days - no, how can I put this better...remember two TWTDs ago (or was it three, the Rivals days), those were the days when Those Were The Days had an extra little heading under the main heading and the date & time, saying who wrote the article.

When are we ever going to see that again?

I remember I used to read some articles and after a few lines I'd say to myself, well, this isn't up to the usual standard, so I'd go to the top of the page and it'd say "By Gav" (sorry Gav! great coder though!!) or some poster from the hellish furnace that is the forum getting a crack at eternal fame.

So anyway I wanted to say I've nothing to say other than that. Can't listen to the show though, there's no soundcard on this ancient laptop and I've got to go out under the warm froggy sun and fix my Citroen!
