Town chief executive Derek Bowden has told TWTD that the club will compensate supporters who have purchased train tickets which will get them to Hull after Saturday's re-arranged fixture has already started.

Bowden said: "We will, of course, compensate those supporters travelling by rail where appropriate. It was always our intention to do so once details have been agreed with Hull."

Further information of how the club plans to compensate travelling fans will be announced shortly.

The game switched to 12.30pm from 3pm due to a rugby league play-off at the KC Stadium being played later on Saturday evening.

Earlier today, Ipswich Town Ist contacted the club regarding a number of their members who had bought train tickets which will now get them to the game after kick-off.
