Our defensive display was rather out of character yesterday, it seemed more of an off day than anything to worry about and a loss had to happen at some point. On top of that the Leeds front line were clearly next level quality, not the best team to have a bad day against.

Reading and Cardiff are probably 2 good teams to face after that, hopefully confidence will be back to where it was before yesterday after these 2 games.

Nor should you be. It’s been a solid start. Not taken weeks to get points on the board. It’s affording a few games through Sept where we will no doubt be either integrating a player or more and working on things that have been a challenge during first weeks of season. Losing a game early in season can be damaging, losing a game narrowly to a team filled with premier league level talent only serves to set a bar for us. We don’t face Leeds every week. We do however face teams that will apply themselves which shows why KMcK is keen for people not to talk about winnable games. Each game we will have to bring it and fight to win otherwise we will lose.
