Even with promotion, they're in an absolute state. Most of the squad is out of contract and will need a comprehensive rebuild.

It's so bad, that some of the fans even think re-signing Iorfa will be an asset to them in the Champ.

Can comfortably see them being in trouble next season.

That could also be a good opportunity to rebuild and upgrade. They are a very old team and are going to need a lot of fresh legs in the Champ.

Whether they have the funds to bring in quality is the big question.

“think Plymouth will struggle and Ipswich are only about 25 % as good as they think they are.”

We’ll see who finishes above who then. They kept writing us off after every game on our run ‘they’ll drop points soon they aren’t that good’. Happy for them to write us off for next season too!

Strange old way to go up.

Windass in all his interviews has freely admitted how bad they were during the game (while slating Barnsley and giving Duff stick at the same time) and they're still fully aware of how much they chucked the auto spots away.

As Morsy tweeted, they've clearly got individual quality which enables them to be successful in the end, and fair play to them for picking themselves up after set backs. But you wouldn't necessarily be confident going into next season just because you know you can dig yourself out of a hole occasionally.

Are they keeping Darren Moore then? I thought they all wanted rid.

He's not very good let's be honest but suits their big player strategy.

They didn’t chuck the auto spots away in my view. They just weren’t good enough. Simple as that. After a whole season, they finished third. No more, no less. Anything else is arrogance and delusion, which their forum is full of at the moment, boosted by the events of the last three games. Their sense of entitlement is right back up there.

Rather ironic given in the first Peterborough game they stank the place out, were excellent in the second and distributing pegs for everyone’s noses at Wembley. Their old men were awful and scraped through thanks to a weak, intimidated referee, followed by gracelessness from that empty headed numbskull Windass.

Darren Moore is far too good a man for that lot.

Probably what they were expecting, tbf.. Been said many times that their squad was put together to get them out of L1.Which they've achieved.
Players out of contract might be a blessing in disguise. They can release a few and not have to pay them Championship wages, when they're not good enough.
They were always going to need a bit of a rebuild, with some more youthful players added to the mix.
How they adjust to that, will probably seal Darren Moore's fate.. Personally don't think they'll be bottom three. But mid table mediocrity, whilst they rebuild, might not be enough for some of their fans.
Can see a "Demolition Man 2.0" at SW.. Their fans will need a bit of patience and have a realistic outlook on things, if it's a slowish start, to life in Championship.
