Dean Wright the Head of Academy has been in post for about 2 months now.

The following job roles are now being advertised on the club website. This suggests to me that Dean Wright has put together and had approved a strategy for the Academy. It wouldn't surprise me if a some of the shortfall in coaching positions are currently in the process of being filled as these are often not advertised.
