In all honesty I think the coaching team were a bigger issue than Cook. Not as individuals but as a collective, they just lacked experience. But the buck stops with Cook as he brought them in.

I'd have been very disappointed if we'd sacked Cook but kept the coaches. Think that was much of the problem.

Had Cook brought in an experienced No.2 he may still be here and we may be sitting in the Top 6. Big error on his part.
