In Derby's case it is only delaying the inevitable isn't it? The longest serving team in the Championship is only going to escape in one direction.

Maybe i’m hoping, but this feels as though the EFL know they have something more concrete to get them on, so they have dropped the appeal to this.

FFP breach would be minimum of 10pts penalty next season with at least a 12 month transfer ban.
