Saw he came off the bench for Barnsley and was influential in both goals today vs Tranmere. Hopefully the loan deal will go through. Very creative player, something we need.

He will be as ineffectual as everyone else with our current 'system' and manager.

Very true. Lambert would probably have him upfront while Jackson still shoved out on right wing.

He's not coming here though is he, I thought that was fake news?

Watson and Warren said it was basically a done deal on Friday.

Weird one. Can't see why you'd send out a player on loan when he's contributing?

Barnsley manager referring to the chance of him going out on loan, "He's one that wants to play more, so we'll have to see what happens with him"

Think he not been getting as much game time and wants to play football, so Barnsley are happy for him to go out on loan to gain more experience. The confusing thing is if it was basically a done deal why did he play yesterday?

Th8s can’t be the case though can it , otherwise the player wouldn’t surely have been playing for Barnsley on Saturday?
