We are mastering this league, at the moment, but have not put in a really good team performance for a whole game. We have probably got the best squad in this league, but it is not really gelling yet, despite getting results, still much to do. We could win this League, but would be murdered in The Championship, until a settled team/formation is selected on a regular basis? |  | | |  |

I can see the point you are trying to make, but it’s a little boring. What else did you want from this season? Isn’t ‘mastering the league’ exactly the aim?
Is this another opinion from the MM era where ‘we wouldn’t mind losing a few more, if we just played better’?
We’re winning games, teams are struggling to match us. Not allowing teams to score can be key in football, as we are showing. The argument that by keeping a clean sheet we are putting in a really good team performance for a whole game.
Many were concerned about how we would do in this league, and boy aren’t we doing well. I would love to turn teams over 3/4-0 every game but it doesn’t happen.
Let’s enjoy the wins as they keep rolling in. Learning not to lose is a massive weapon, whichever league you are in. | | | |
