An unholy alliance, Government and Triads! I was over there in 96’, sat in a bar when about 20 blokes came in, bar fell silent, the music went off, that dice game they play, all stopped. Me and my mate were the only westerners in there. I think they were collecting protection money, but it was well OTT. They left as quickly as they entered, music back on, dice rattling, chatter begins again,
