Reading this made me wonder what sort of windfall we could be in for if some of our old “stars” move on etc. Would think we’re even less likely to get any back for wages etc than previous years!

Waghorn - must be at least a 500k add on if they go up?

Clarke - if he goes for say 4m then we’d be in line for about 500k too I’d imagine based on a profit clause

Mings - if villa go up and buy him for say 10m (optimistic I know) then I’d imagine we’d see about 200k of that (based on 2m profit)

Webster - less likely but there was talk of big adds ons and clauses for transfers at the time

Kieffer Moore - if he goes for 2m as mentioned then I’d like to think we’d get 10% or so of the profit so another 120k

Enough to get the roof cleaned at least!
