He has experience, he is only 5 years older than Hurst, has a certain humility about himself (unlike Mccarthy), and has all the right credentials to be a top manager again, this could be the right fit for him here.I remember a certain Mr Brian Clough taking over at Nottingham Forest in the mid 70's, this was after a couple of mediocre stints as manager elsewhere. There was an outcry at the time after what he had achieved at their most hated rivals Derby County. Things didn't turn out too badly there! Just imagine if he turned things around here & got us challenging for promotion over the next couple of years and make our club great again! |  |
