I posted something along similar lines last week.

Hurst definitely would be more set up for Sunderland : Knowledge of league 1 etc.
It will be interesting to see how they both get on.
I have a soft spot for SAFC as my local team of the past 25 years and watch them a lot more than Ipswich nowadays anyway for obvious reasons so naturally hope both appointments cut the mustard.
