I think it is season defining. Put in a decent performance - even in defeat - and it'll give us some momentum heading into QPR. Struggle and that'd be three below par performances in a row.

Looking back to last year, after the Boxing Day games the top two were on 47 points with third place Blackburn on 39. We'd have a 13 point gap on third going off that this year, with our current points total. Why do we always get involved in ridiculously high performance battles?
