The madness of football, part 3,692 14:11 - Dec 11 with 1220 viewsIllinoisblue

Won them a European trophy last year, has them 9th in the prem (just 3 pts off a euro place), and yet one bad result at Fulham and you get this nonsense.

We have a couple of West Ham fans at work and their biggest issue is the style of play. Both have STs but barely go now because it’s apparently so boring to watch.

From the outside it seems a little crazy they’d want him gone but most people probably thought that about us wanting MM out at the time.

Even the Guaedian headline is going with “… club has faith in Moyes to turn things around” Turn what around, exactly? Top half of prem and just won a European trophy. The idiocy and hysteria surrounding today’s game is way way out of control.

its not one result though, theyve been gently trying to push him out the door since before they won their European trophy, that simply made sacking him alot harder as even the West Ham hierarchy arent that daft, knowing it would put off any potential higher profile replacement managers, but there was lots of now would be the time to go out on a high type pressure being exerted across the summer in the media.

so Im not surprised theyre still pushing for him to go.
