I’ve often wondered this… is there a limit to the number of ‘extras’ you are allowed to warm-up on the pitch before the game who aren’t involved in the match day squad?
Yesterday, I could see Baggott warm up, but also Nick Hayes was warming up - but acting as a striker for crosses from Gilmartin for the keepers.
Can we have one of the unused squad players or an academy player taking strikes/whipping in crosses who might make the keeper work a bit harder? The Needslip was in more danger than the goal for some of Hayes and Gilmartin’s shots.
