There must be a back room staff member, non-league amateur manager or at least a fan willing, even keen, to do it for the opportunity and prestige/notoriety. Anyone who could get them to compete would be seen to have done an amazing job in the circumstances and lose by a hatful no one will say well that shows you aren't up to managing!
That said, I wonder what the situation will be come Saturday. They can hardly have the administrator sat on the bench organising them can they?

Think I read that the average age of Wimbledon’s starting XI on Tuesday was lower than Bolton’s the previous Saturday. So only the U21s doesn’t quite ring true. | |
