What a terrible document - the formatting is awful. Why present something potentially useful like this as a powerpoint slide-set? Did Liz get a 14-year-old to do it?
And then there's the content...

Burton is /*IN*/ the Midlands (I should know, I was born a stone's throw from where the Pirelli now is).
There is no "between" the Midlands and the North.
And what the heck is it "in the middle" of?
