Was he 'in the building'?? 14:53 - Apr 4 with 1501 viewsBluespeed225

Went to collect some logs this morning, chap was wearing Town track bottoms, so got chatting, usual gripes etc, and he reckons, on good authority ( as it always is!) that Warnock had signed his part of the contract ahead of Jim going, only for Keane to be bought in. Don't know if it works like that, but apparently he let this slip in an interview?? Anyone heard this? Seems a long time to have been kept under wraps.

Given Warnock was Palace manager from 2007 to 2010 it is unlikely that he signed anything. We may have spoken to him at that time but I think it unlikely as Evans had clearly decided on Keane.

Well, anything that's been 'under wraps' like this has for so long has GOT to be legit.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

Warnock has said recently on the radio that he nearly had the ITFC job a few years ago.
