Philps has always been the pastie of choice for me . Particularly good shop just outside Hayle and one in Camborne that i frequent a lot
House should sell rapidly according to agent. Apparently all these London types want them even though the locals don’t. Our preference is to sell to a local but affording property for them
Is difficult.
We’re selling cos it’s so far from us (4 hours on a decent run - even though roads are better somehow it seems to take longer) and we find going to our place in Pembrokeshire (2 hours ) easier - plus it’s just like Cornwall there , without the people.
I shall stil be based in Hereford, I don’t think they could do without me | |
