Overheard, on the way out of the ground, complaints of racial abuse.
Two or three Brum fans absolutely seething and steaming, complaining to the Police. |  |

| The first issue was the usual… on 09:07 - Feb 25 with 802 views | Bloots |
….situation of loads of fans piling into the nearest entrance at the last minute.
Nobody wanting to go up the back and the entrance and gangways getting blocked, stewards trying to move them and tempers getting frayed.
The second point was all a bit odd. A couple of Brum “lads” started shouting racist at someone in the lower tier, couldn’t work out who and there didn’t seem to be any likely suspects from where we were sitting.
After about 10 mins of discussion the stewards spoke to a family (Mum, Dad, boy aged about 6/7) the kid was visibly upset, they eventually left.
Then another young couple left after a chat with stewards.
Weirdly after about 5 minutes all 5 of them came back nothing more appeared to be made of it.
The Brum fans that started it didn’t seem particularly concerned about it at that stage.
