Virtually nothing happened elsewhere yesterday. I imagine tomorrow and Friday are going to be absolutely manic. It feels like there is suddenly going to be a flurry of deals at Championship clubs. There's going to be 40 odd players coming into this division before the window shuts.

I'm greedy so I'd like to have another 3 come in so long as they are better than we already have enabling us to let 3 go LCB Versatile Number 10 / Striker Striker If there's nothing that makes sense financially or doesn't better what we have then it's pointless but if a deal can be done and the intention was / is to get another 3 I'd rather sacrifice one of the 3 and have 2 top drawer singings

Ideal world, I'd like the same as you. Think CB is the biggy, Burgess has done well so far but he has his limitations and someone who can compete with him from the LCB role would only enhance us. A versatile forward who can play as a 9 or across the wide forward/number 10 positions would be great. If we get that I'm not fussed about a specialist number 9, unless we're offloading Ladapo so he can get regular football.
