Best away game for positive fans and noise that I can remember for years. I don’t do more than 4-8 away games per season, sure I can’t speak to many many games! Our first game in L1 v Burton had a buoyant feel and was pretty noisy. After than I’m struggling, but could be back to the early 2000s when games meant something?

Yes, of course.
I'm being playful more than anything, but I do wonder how many of the 3800 had a drink, how much they drank and what impact that had on the noise generated?
Edit:
I think we need a poll to get to the bottom of this!

I saw some people, young 'uns mostly, who could barely stand up. I have no idea how you can enjoy a game in that state.
But then, I'm old.

Was a young kid at the time but the loudest I’ve heard Ipswich was at Palace when we lost 3-2 on a Tuesday night. We probably had a lot more lads that worked in the city then and just different times. Clapham’s diving heading was deafening.
QPR in 2000 around this time of year was probably the most boozed up worst behaved.
Yesterday sounded ridiculously loud good to see everyone so together.
Need to shift some calls for Tuesday afternoon!

There is a couple of Vlogs out there by P’Boro fans taken from the stand at the side and the noise from ITFC is deafening and the scenes glorious mayhem.
Here's one, if some haven't seen it.
