Firstly, we seem to have a softness to us, when we concede a goal, rather than it inspiring us to up the game, we tend to get deeper. Our substitutions / Their substitutions changed the game - Personally think we made a mistake by taking Ladapo off / putting Jackson through the middle - We were being forced to go long and Ladapo was winning a fair share in the air against Plymouth's defence, we just didn't have that outlet when Jackson went central. Edmundson appears to be a little rusty still, think it is time for Keogh against Portsmouth, he may also give us a little more leadership on the pitch. Ball must also be close to playing next week. Portsmouth is now a massive game, we need to bounce back. | |
