Ipswich Town celebration injuries 13:45 - Mar 26 with 402 views

I’ve still got a scar on my arse caused by wildly celebrating a Steve Sedgley winner and coming a cropper on the steps against Man U back in ‘94. We were 2-0 up, went to 2-2 before Sedgley won it for us 3-2 late on. Had to leave the ground for stitches before the final whistle but heard the roar from the ambulance.

Anyone else still carrying a reminder?

Back in the 80s listening to commentary on radio 2. Ipswich v Everton. We scored and I jumped up in the air. Unfortunately I was under a door frame and cracked my head open. Claret everywhere and still got a lump on my crust.
