First game of the season and had to go in with Cheltenham last night which wasn't too bad. Had a decent view a few rows back near the half way line.
1 - Town fans were bloody loud when everyone could manage to sing the same song.
2 - Hladky / Woolfenden don't instill confidence, gifted Cheltenham an early dangerous throw (or was it corner?) from nothing. Made a few more mistakes throughout the game.
3 - Hladky coming out to punch, did he actually get any convincingly? Looked a liability
4 - Burgess has a loud voice on him when needed, nice to see him directing the line too.
5 - Every time Edwards got on the ball the fans around me got worried and rightly so, he looks quality.
6 - Evans lucky to stay on? Looked like a nasty elbow to the head of a Cheltenham player that luckily the ref didn't notice.
7 - Subs way too late, uninspiring.
8 - No one around me knew much about Ipswich, some didn't even know where it is.
9 - Town singing died after the equaliser - really came across that it had caused worry, fans around me commenting as much.
