Thats my point exactly. We need them ticking over,knowing what they are doing,people in place is much better than players coming in with about 2 days before the start. If we are changing most the squad,which is what keeps being said,we are way short at the moment. And need to step up pretty quickly. | | | |

I'm confident we wont be in previous managerial periods where come August we dont have the majority of the players PC wants in.
There are also players in the u23s and u18s that's he will be looking to utilise.
If we are spending our % wisely itll be on quality not quantity. As long as the spine is in place before our 2nd friendly I wouldn't be worried. | |

It's no different to most clubs tho. Town arent the only one having a clear out.
When you look at transfers completed, bare in mind there are 1000 out of contract players let's alone players available for fees.... theres not a massive amount of transfer activity as yet | |

But Wigan's new owners will be targeting top 6 with the investment their putting in to the playing staff and the quality they've signed.
