Just seen a post on fb stating we’ve potentially have sold over 14k ST to date !
Poster posted just before 6pm ... was on SeatGeek for Portman Road , and that there were 25,727 seats at the stadium, with 11,406 remaining.... so potentially 14,321 SOLD!

No,
Around 12.5K
10,000 Season Tickets renewed by xrayspecs7 Jun 2021 18:29 If that is correct, then it means that the seats of existing ST holders who have so far not renewed have not yet been released for sale.
From memory of what was posted here over last few weeks, the vast majority of those who had a ST last season (9k) have renewed. Add in about a third of those lapsed holders from 2019/2020 (1k), which would get us to the figure the club published, just under 10k.
Add in just under 3k today gets us to around 12.5k.
That 2k tickets that have not been released for sale would be the difference between what SB estimated as sales, 14.5k, and what appears to be the real figure above, 12.5k.
Certainly a good first day on general sale and hopefully plenty more will sign up before the season starts.

Even saw somebody of Facebook saying we’d sold 18k. Think people are getting way ahead of themselves
