The way he's handled the Nolan and Jackson thing is weasley, he's basically made a vague accusation but won't say which one of them he's referring to so it casts aspersions on both of them. I think we can all work out its Nolan but that's not the point. Quite what Jackson has done, apart from getting sent off for a clumsy challenge, I'm not really sure.
The refusing to answer about the structure of the club is because he can't. I'd suggest that either he doesn't know what needs to change, which wouldn't surprise me as he's not very astute, or he knows but doesn't want to say because he'll then have to defend why he's not managed to do anything about it in 2 and a half year.

Just so unprofessional. When you are going to make comments like that you’ve got to be able to answer further questions on them. He just does it to suit him and take attention of himself.

He doesn’t see any hypocrisy in slating Nolan for not wanting to travel when left out of the 18 as it’s his job, but he is happy to only 2 minutes later refuse to answer questions about the club, and more generally often refuses to take on media responsibilities.
