How long is he allowed to be absymal at right back for ? Last 3 games he’s been shocking. Blokes got 0 agility and gives the ball away constantly. Ward also very poor. Both look leggy.

Maybe put Chambers at centre back when Vincent Young is fit for some leadership but he can’t play fullback.

when is KVY is expected back? Need him urgent.

Remind yourself how poor he was in last full season at center back

He is over achieving still to be playing but I think his best is truly behind him

Better at centre back than right back but yeah he’s past it now.

Surely can’t be an extension at the end of the season.

PL's asking a 35 year old to bomb up and down the pitch for 90 minutes. Imagine asking Tony Mowbray to do that in 1999

Chambers is a CB, always has been, always will be and exactly where he should be playing right now.

The biggest mistake PL has made this season alone is not playing Donacien and putting Chambers with Woolfy, saving the money spent on McGuiness for another position.

lol he was put at RB because he was becoming a liability at CB

Time to be put "out to pasture.................."

He definitely gave the ball away a lot but not sure you can accuse him of being leggy. He was up and down the pitch all night and unlike Ward, he quite frequently made it back into position.

Chambers at centre back?!?!?!

OMG just imagine....

At least some of his errors can be covered for out wide!

RIP Sir Bobby

Chambers, rest of the season probably. KVY , there is something more to what's going on there than we realise. It's been so long, something is up.

Less exposed to pace and knows the position better though.

To be honest Mogga already looked 50 in 1999! He was immense in the centre though.

Moggo, Venus, McGreal (Cundy the season before)... we were fn spoilt back then for decent defenders.
