A friend of mine who lives in Kingston thought he had 2 tickets for me & a friend, but his purchase has been cancelled as he has no purchase history & AFC are concerned about away fans getting tickets in the home end.

It does say in order to purchase you must have entitlement ( or words to that effect). I assume that means a certain number of away games. And it does automatically log you out when going to purchase. So presumably when going to purchase it detects how many away games individual's have been to.
