Worst signings in history..... on 18:12 - Jan 12 by TractorCam
Joleon Lescott at Villa
Glenn Tamplin at Romford
Tamplin on twitter is priceless comedy gold. Before their game yesterday posts video of upbeat players singing and dancing on team bus before game, captioned "we have such a great team spirit, great energy, we're going places"
A few hours later.... Tamplin's apologizing for the performance and saying it's unacceptable

Seth Johnson for Leeds United. If you dont know the details behind it I'll fill you in. Its hilarious and Peter Ridsdale at his finest!
What a memory. Lovely left foot though.
What about Jerome Boating at Man City. The German defender.
I'll put Serini in there
Assumption is to make an ass out of you and me.
Those who assume they know you, when they don't are just guessing.
Those who assume and insist they know are daft and in denial.
Those who assume, insist, and deny the truth are plain stupid.
Those who assume, insist, deny the truth and tell YOU they know you (when they don't) have an IQ in the range of 35-49.

I'm blocked but always see things pop up in screenshots, he wants to be known as Romford Wizards now or something?
For the original thread, Iago Aspas, Andy Carroll, Mario Balotelli and Christian Benteke at Liverpool!

Ulrich Le Pen has to be one our worst?
Ross Barkley hasn't been a great one for Chelsea in recent years, Pogba to Man U hasn't quite worked out for them
Juan Sebastián Verón, £28 million which was similar to a Pogba price now. Roberto Soldado Tottenham £26 million just 6 goals in his debut season. Tomas Brolin, Leeds, only 19 apprarences and most terrible, a fading star. Lee Bowyer, Ipswich. Dark times. And Wilson Bogarde... The original and best petulant obnoxious bench warmer clocking up £40000 weekly wages on the bench. Just read that he wasnt alloweed to train with the others and flew in for training from home in Amsterdam! From the Times:
Outside Formula One, nobody has got so rich by doing laps as Winston Bogarde. For much of his four years at Chelsea, Bogarde was so unwanted that he trained alone. Claudio Ranieri disliked him being around other players and set the Dutchman a regimen of reporting early, doing 40 laps of the pitch and clearing off before group training began.
Bogarde moved back to Holland. He’d catch a red-eye from Schiphol airport, reach Chelsea’s practice ground – then near Heathrow – for just after 9am, run his laps and be back in Amsterdam for lunch. He says he earned more than £13m at Chelsea, for whom he played nine times. Sometimes the price of dead wood is higher than gold. Chelsea’s Bogarde problem is being repeated ever…
