Leicester City 09:12 - Dec 5 with 2921 views | vapour_trail | Widely supported to their 5000/1 league title miracle three years ago, safe in the knowledge that it would never be repeated. They couldn’t do it again could they? They don’t quite have the x-factor that mahrez gave them last time, but they look a much better team.

Rodgers won't leave, and according to Ornstein on Athletic Allegri was a terrible interview last time - wanted to bring 9 backroom staff with him too, spoke no English at all. And his agent spoke more for him than he did

Yes I think that’s probably the case. There is the chance the world club thing could interrupt the momentum a bit. And it’s Liverpool Leicester on Boxing Day.

Keep forgetting to sign up the The Athletic, got some good deals on at the moment too! I had seen Ornstein say that, just think given Allegri's tenure at Juve, he's just what they need.

There is a podcast with Ornstein and Mark Chapman which goes into a lot of detail on it this week Available from your usual pod outlets

I'm fairly sure Liverpool - Leicester was over Christmas in 2015-16 as well.

Just checked - it was indeed Boxing Day. One of the few games Leicester lost that season.

Leicester City on 19:21 - Dec 8 with 2055 views | vapour_trail | Imperious again today. They are playing like a team that wins trophies. Also, I always consider goal difference a decent indicator of how good a team really is, see Norwich when they finished third for a good example of this. Leicester now have the best in the league above Liverpool and city.

| Assumption is to make an ass out of you and me.
Those who assume they know you, when they don't are just guessing.
Those who assume and insist they know are daft and in denial.
Those who assume, insist, and deny the truth are plain stupid.
Those who assume, insist, deny the truth and tell YOU they know you (when they don't) have an IQ in the range of 35-49.

Can’t see Allegri interested in that job now after being given the cold shoulder after the Wenger era. Taking 9 members of back room staff isn’t jaw dropping for the top managers.

There is still a long way to go. I don't think they will catch Liverpool but the title is not Liverpool's yet and no one thought Leicester would win when they did either. I wouldn't look any further than Liverpool, Man City or Leicester as an outside shot, though.

Leicester City on 22:18 - Dec 8 with 1697 views | Nthsuffolkblue |
I would because I like Klopp and it would be nice for it to be someone different. I would like Leicester to win it as I am sure most people would. I would like Man City to win it because defending the title is quite an achievement and the Man Utd fans who claim superiority over Citeh because they haven't done so would have something else to choke on. On that basis I am quite happy with the table as it is and am enjoying the football I see.

That’s all well and good from the pair of you. I have an irrational dislike of villa and Liverpool but that’s just my age as an Ipswich fan. And Chelsea, because I lived in south London during the takeover and I know how sh1te their support is. And mk dons, but that’s rational.

I understand, however clubs change and I end up with mixed feelings about many. For example, I had a bad experience with a Sunderland fan that made me dislike them. I then went to their ground for a Town game and loved the whole experience. I liked them when they signed Bent etc. Many clubs have things for and against them. There is, of course, one major exception where there is only things to dislike about them (except perhaps Bryan Gunn).

Leicester City on 00:26 - Dec 9 with 1555 views | The_Last_Baron | Leicester would have been five points away from Liverpool if they hadn't have suffered a terrible VAR pen decision in the final minute at Anfield. Leicester have a decent chance. They have to play Liverpool at home and despite their record Liverpool aren't the magic team they're made out to be. A couple of injuries to key players would soon see them drop points. They have been lucky this season with several late goals.
