Yes, although that's probably because the FA have made a conscious decision not to boost this as a home tournament, as they want to host another World Cup and doing so would detract from that. |  |

Each group has 2 countries hosting 3 games each. With the countries hosting, you automatically enter that group so England will be in Group D thanks to Wembley. We'd play the round of 16 and quarter finals abroad, so if we won the whole thing we'd have 5/7 games at Wembley which is pretty good going. |  |

Platini's final bad idea, hopefully. Next thing will be that the already bloated Euros will be 32 teams in the "finals" and then a 64 team World Cup. You might as well abolish the already tedious qualifying process. |  |

Each group has 2 host cities, if a country who is hosting qualifies they automatically go into that group. For us it's Group D, which has all it's games at Wembley and Hampden Park. If Scotland qualified, there was essentially a coin toss to decide where the match between England and Scotland would be.... Wembley won, but they won't qualify 
Group A has Rome, so if Italy qualify they automatically go into Group A, etc. | |

I've got tickets for the 1st and 3rd group game as well as the 2nd semi final, so I also need England to win the group. Whilst the tournament is silly I think as a one off it makes a nice change, gives thousands of locals around europe to attend tournament games on their doorstep. | |

Definitely made it over confusing. I don't think it will have the same "feel" about it for fans going to the country where it is held.
