What an ignorant bunch, they have embarrassed themselves.
Why would Boris have got there sooner, and what good would it have done?!
Corbs was there on Saturday to see things for himself, so for BoJo to go up on Wednesday is cringeworthy bad form. I don't think it's the locals who have embarrassed themselves here.
Murdoch's take on things though as Corbs sent a deputy for the Remembrance Service that night whilst managing Sunday's service still:
I don't think it's the locals who have embarrassed themselves here too.
Please note: prior to hitting the post button, I've double checked for anything that could be construed as "Anti Semitic" and to the best of my knowledge it isn't. Anything deemed to be of a Xenophobic nature is therefore purely accidental or down to your own misconstruing.

Corbyn has nothing better to do. Boris is a bit busier as a serving PM.
Either way, I think its embarrassing for the locals to talk to the PM that way.
You think a curtsey and a tip of the hat before addressing him as Sir would've been more appropriate?
Maybe good manners were of secondary importance to them for some strange reason?

Just a polite hello and willingness to have a discussion.
You do realise that the Tories aren't particularly liked in most parts of Yorkshire?

I wouldn't overdo it fella - 'horror' is a bit strong, but it could be undesirable for a labour supporter to star in a piece of Tory election propoganda, yeah.
Has anyone ever looked at their own postings for last day or so? Oh my... so sorry. Was Ullaa

Hardly likely to end up being a significant part of a campaign.
By being rude, they have guaranteed their place in Tory publicity...
...and we all know there is no such thing as bad publicity.
Just a polite hello and willingness to have a discussion.
"alright thank you but i don't want talk to you" you think that rude ? then again i believe you said trumps wife was a jew awhile back and corbyn would not meet her . so you dont understand things to well

I'm no Boris supporter, I merely wish people could be polite.
Imagine having your house flooded out then have one of the people responsible for implementing cuts to flood defences turn up to patronise you. I'd imagine that 'polite' is one of the things you wouldn't be feeling.
I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.
