Canaries favourite son turns on them. 02:23 - Oct 16 with 3023 viewsOldsmoker

Chris Sutton out to alienate the last few remaining friends he has.

For once I agree with him.
Norwich don't belong in the Premiership.

Don't believe a word I say. I'm only kidding. Or am I?

To be fair to the six fingered inbreds they belong in the PL having won the Championship.

Norwich are a poor PL side but I do see more teams copying their model of taking the money, investing it in the infrastructure of the club and aim for promotion with their parachute payments.

they have a really decent structure in place, won the championship playing some really nice football, they do deserve to be in the prem.
no point pretending the above isn't true just because they are rivals.

They won the championship.
So yes they belong in the prem for now.
If they do go down they are gonna lose quite a few talented players.
I can see the vultures circling for the young full backs.

Poll: Apologies I'm bored. How many signings will we have by Plymouth at home.

they'll get 20-30m for 2 or 3 of their players.

invest that wisely, and mount another promotion challenge.

whilst the super switched on, on here, will say "if they don't go up this year they'll never go up again" and repeat.

To be fair I have to say that they belong in the Prem this season - it just so happens that they've prepared appallingly if they hope to have any sort of lengthy stay there.

You _are_ aware they won the league last year?

Has he though? Norwich have deliberately avoided wasting money on expensive rubbish - wisely perhaps choosing not to repeat the mistakes they did last time... giving a team good enough to win the second division a shot at the Prem. Every so often they have played quite well indicating they could stay up - but may not. All whilst suffering up to 10 first teamers missing from a small squad. All in all they are doing reasonably well.
