No one could have predicted his drop in form after the World Cup, but that contract we gave him certainly feels like a gaffe now. For someone the Premiership once courted, he would now struggle to beat Holy in L1. | |

"he was always doing it". I remember 3 seasons where he was player of the year.
I don't think anyone has expressed surprise after last season. I am disappointed. I was hoping he might have put it behind him, especially with the potential for a fresh start at a new club. I hope he makes no more but that is hope rather than necessarily expectation. | |
