Great result, we all know that.

But the reaction to it really does highlight just how much of a gap there is between the top teams in the PL and the rest. This was a league match, two teams in the same division, Norwich were at home and yet the reaction has been akin to a non-league side had beaten them.

Fair play to them, it shows that it isn't all a foregone conclusion and hopefully makes the title battle a bit more interesting!

Not quite that bleak. It was apparently the first time a promoted club had beaten the arab state sponsored side in 25 attempts. They have also elected to take on the Prem with more or less the team that got them promoted costing about the same as one of the opposition's kneecaps....which is admirable, but possibly a relegation strategy. They also had 8 first team players out. All in all quite good really. If you want to talk them down simply remember when we beat Man U 3-2 at home. The away score was 9-0.... which could still happen for those leaky canaries.
