Let's cut to the chase here. Andre has great potential, has had more than his fair share of injuries, and is has still to add physicality to his game. He hasn't influenced games as much as he could have, and as PrideOfTheEast says he needs to make an impression on games when he is selected. On current form, you're not going to dislodge Skuse and Downes, and with the game already won it made sense to give Nolan some game time today. Ask yourself which players we miss when they are out of the team. I'd still say Bishop, and maybe...maybe Sears, but no one else as yet. I'll be there on Tuesday to see how he gets on. |  |

Last season made comments under Lambert that he wasn't going to change anything in his game after Lambert suggest areas he had to improve on. He couldnt get a better tutor than Paul Lambert. Agree. If ever a player would benefit from a loan move to get some proper game time it is Dozzell. He’s rightly well down the pecking order here but until he has the opportunity to play a string of games we won’t know what he’s capable of. |  | | |
